What is a PDF pattern?
A PDF pattern is a photo driven sewing tutorial that will teach you to sew clothing for your children and their dolls. PDF patterns are electronic files.
How do I print a PDF pattern?
PDF patterns can be printed on standard 8.5″ x 11″ paper using in-home printers.
How will I receive my order? Will the pattern be emailed to me or available for automatic download?
Little Lizard King patterns come in the form of a PDF and are available for immediate download after your purchase. Upon payment, a link to download the electronic file will be emailed to you. You can also access the PDF file by setting up an account through our website. The nice thing about our PDF patterns is that they are full of photos; you can save them to your computer and re-print them anytime, and you can email us with unlimited questions. I can’t open the PDF file. What should I do?
To open any PDF file, you will need to use Adobe Reader, which is a free software program. Most computers come with Adobe Reader already installed. If not, go here to download a version for Macs or PCs: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
I don’t have a printer, do you mail patterns via snail mail?
Not at this time. Most office supply stores have excellent printing capabilities you can access in person or via email. Distributors and retailers sell the Little Lizard King line of paper sewing patterns.
Are your patterns hand drawn or digital?
All patterns that include pattern pieces are digital.
Why do some patterns come without pattern pieces?
We try to keep things as simple as possible for you. Some patterns do not include pattern pieces, because all of the cuts are square or rectangular. If all of the pieces are square or rectangular, the pattern includes a measurement chart with specifics instructions for cutting each piece as well as photo driven instructions for sewing.
My computer crashed. Will you resend the pattern to me?
Certainly! Please contact us and send confirmation of payment.
Do you ever sell items you make?
No. Sewing for friends and family keeps us plenty busy! We have loads of customers who have shops selling items using Little Lizard King designs. Check out some of their uploaded pictures and link to their sites.
Can I sell finished items I sew?
Yes. We do allow customers to sell items made using our patterns. We ask that you please link to our shop, if you use Little Lizard King patterns in designs you sell. Our patterns are designed by us. All of our patterns are copyrighted. Distribution and sharing of our patterns is strictly prohibited.
Do I need a serger to make items with Little Lizard King patterns?
No. While many of our customers use a serger, a serger is not necessary to sew any of our patterns.
